Where do I go for my trip I booked?
 

Depending on your trip, your departure location will be one of the following:

• Spencer’s Boat Yard

• Lagerheads Beach Bar

• Key West Bight Historic Seaport

Your confirmation email will clearly list your exact meeting location.
 

Where and with who do I check in once I arrive?
 

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure and be ready to board with your group.
You will check in directly with your Captain or 1st Mate, and then you'll be guided aboard.
 

Do we need to sign a waiver?
 

Yes. Every guest must complete a digital waiver before boarding.
Failure to do so will delay your departure and shorten your time on the water.
No waiver = No trip = No refund.
 

Can I print or edit the waiver myself?
 

No.
The waiver cannot be printed, edited, or altered.
You must complete the official digital version provided.
If you choose not to sign, your spot will be forfeited without refund.
 

Does a child or infant count toward the boat’s capacity?
 

Yes.
Every person—including infants and toddlers—counts toward the total allowed on board.
If your trip is limited to 6 guests, you cannot add anyone last-minute, even a child.
We follow Coast Guard regulations strictly. No exceptions.
 

Do you serve drinks on the boat?
 

No, all boats are BYOB.
If you're on the Bar Hopping trip, we stop at bars along the way so you can grab drinks.
If departing from Lagerheads Beach Bar, there's a full-service bar and restaurant before you board.

Can we bring food on the boat?
 

Yes!
We encourage it. Just pack food in secure, sealed containers to avoid spills on the water.
 

Does the boat have a bathroom?
 

Some do, some don’t.
Bathroom availability depends on the vessel you booked. Ask if you're unsure.
 

Can we play our own music on the boat?
 

• Private Trips: Yes, you can play your own music.

• Shared Trips: The captain will provide a playlist.
   

What should we bring for our trip?
 

We recommend:

• Sunscreen

• Hats

• Water shoes

• Swimsuits

• Towels

• Drinks & snacks

• Snorkeling gear (if heading to a sandbar)

• Phones/cameras for pics

• Anything else you might need for a great day on the water!

The price is the price—even for special events.
Our rates are already very affordable for Key West.
